Bounty Boulevard State School - Bus Stop (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Bus Stop at Bounty Boulevard SS, located at 190 Bounty Boulevard, North Lakes QLD 4509, as part of the School Transport Infrastructure Program (STIP) program.

The new structure is approximately 46m long with a cantilever shade structure design. The works are in the school drop off/pick up car park with reasonable access. All works are to be completed by July 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
