Reserve upgrades at various sites

Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites tenders for the provision of reserve upgrades at various sites (the Services). The Council intends to enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Respondent.
Council encourages tenders from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-owned businesses.
The City of Tea Tree Gully Playground Guide identifies the following four (4) playgrounds to be upgraded.
- Dewer Reserve
- Vista Reserve
- Palomino Reserve
- Wynn Vale Dam
Council has engaged landscape architectural firms to provide detailed design for these sites. Other than the playground upgrades, there is full range of other scopes (e.g. upgrade of footpaths, lighting, landscape etc).
Council is now seeking for construction services for the civil, lighting, landscapes, play equipment and furniture installation, and irrigation design and construction.
Please note that Council will procure the play equipment for the successful Respondent(s) to install.
