Description
Council’s Sportsground Strategy has indicated the need for a regional sporting facility to be constructed in Munno Para. The location for this facility has been identified as part of the Playford Alive Masterplan adjacent to Mark Oliphant College on Newton Boulevard.
The facility is intended to be delivered in multiple stages with the first and Second stage as shown in Outerspace master plan Concept Dwg no OS807 CP02 Ref F to include the detailed design of carpark and “kiss and drop” for use by the school and sporting facility, the detailed design of a clubroom facility and single synthetic soccer pitch and the design up to 30% for the entire site in line with the master plan.
