Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites tenders for the upgrade of Dawson Reserve and associated works. Council intends to enter into an AS4905 Contract for Minor Works with the successful Respondent.
This project is part of a substantial program of works to transform the Modbury Precinct. The Modbury Precinct is undergoing a major transformation to become even more vibrant, prosperous and attractive as it evolves as a key centre for activity, diversity and culture.
The project uses best practice by implementing the Streets for People ‘Link and Place’ methodology developed by Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) to guide the design of these streets where place is given greater priority than vehicle movement.
