Provision of Services of a Principal Interface Manager

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) seeks a suitably qualified and highly experienced Project Manager to provide interface management and Technical review services between the new Perth Stadium Transport Infrastructure Project (nPSTI) being managed by the Public Transport Authority and the design and construction of the new Perth Stadium (nPS) being managed by Strategic Projects on behalf of the Department of Sport and Recreation. The interface manager may also be required to provide strategic input to other projects under development or currently within the Major Projects Unit work program.

The position is a full time role and will report to the PTA’s Project Director for the nPSTI Project, who in turn reports to the Executive Director Major Projects Unit.

The role will include:

1. Management of technical interfaces with all agencies and stakeholders associated with the overall nPS project;
2. Provide civil, traffic and transportation advice and guidance across all disciplines (e.g. engineering, planning, demand modelling, budgeting, programming and communications) to achieve specific project outcomes;
3. Coordinate and manage other consultants and contractors, as required; and,
4. Provision of interface management services, as required.

The successful applicant will be provided with a PTA office work station and become a member of a tight and highly motivated multi-disciplinary project team.
