Description
DOH require a centric Quality Assurance system to:
• Maintain the QA Standards Framework and be able to update as associated legislation, policy and procedure changes.
• Record review findings and use this data to generate reports which outline improvement actions.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of information by locating in a central location.
• Enable management to approve report and monitor improvement actions.
• Undertake trend analysis and reporting from a centralised data source.
• Manage scheduling of reviews and staff.
