Relocation Consultancy Services - Domestic and International

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking Relocation Consultancy Services - Domestic and International to assist the PTA to relocate new employees and their immediate families from intrastate, interstate and overseas to Perth, WA.

The following services may be required for each relocation; and the range/scope of services required will be determined on a case-by-case basis for each employee:

• The support and services of a relocation consultant to facilitate each new employee’s move to Perth;
• Removal and relocation of household effects
• Removal/transit insurance;
• Pet relocation;
• One-way economy class airfares for the employee and their spouse;
• Collection of each employee (and their spouse) at the airport and transfer them to their temporary accommodation upon arrival;
• Provision of 4 weeks car hire for each employee upon arrival in Perth (with suitable car seats/restraints for children, where required);
• Provision of 4 weeks temporary accommodation for each employee (and their respective family) upon their arrival in Perth, with such accommodation to be located either close to the PTA’s offices in East Perth or at the General Manager/Executive Director’s request. This is inclusive of any relevant cleaning, electricity, gas and water charges;
• Furniture Hire (if required) for long term accommodation, pending arrival of employee’s goods
• Expense administration and management.
• Orientation tour of Perth and surrounding suburbs (overseas employees);
• Assistance with finding suitable long term accommodation (overseas employees);
• Assistance with identification and enrolment of the employee’s children in school and/or childcare where relevant (International); and
• Vehicle transfer (if required)(Domestic employees
