Fire Equipment Maintenance

This Request is for Fire Equipment Maintenance for the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) of Western Australia.

The Customer has six sites across the Perth metropolitan area and has an ongoing requirement for service and maintenance of fire equipment at each of these sites.

The equipment includes, but is not limited to, portable fire extinguishers, hoses and hose reels, blankets and eye-wash stations.

The sites are spread across the Perth metropolitan area with the northern-most being Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park and the Southern-most being Rockingham Regional Memorial Park. It is critical for staff and visitor safety that all plant equipment is maintained at an optimal standard and is ready to use in an emergency.

The Customer is seeking a suitable Contractor to perform the service requirements, which include testing and tagging, and replacement, if required.

A single Contractor is the Customer's preferred outcome where this Contractor services all sites and where it does not have to manage multiple arrangements with associated warranty timelines in the instance of equipment replacement.
