Description
METRONET is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced Independent Property Surveyor to undertake property surveying services for the Thornlie-Cockburn Link (TCL) and Yanchep Rail Extension (YRE) projects.
Pre-condition surveys are to be carried out in accordance with industry best practice by an Independent Property Surveyor experienced in the type of work and structures to be surveyed.
Prior to the Public Transport Authority commencing construction of any works, the Consultant must undertake pre condition surveys and produce reports to establish the condition of all structures and services in the zone of influence (refer to Book 3 Schedule 10 Appendix A) determined by the Public Transport Authority. This includes all buildings and infrastructure elements which may be affected by future construction activity.
