To establish an Expert Panel to provide Environmental Health and related advice to the Commonwealth

The panel will be established initially for a 2-year period with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Members of the panel must have expertise in one or more of a range of environmental health areas. Panel members may be invited to provide advice to the Commonwealth and the nature of the advice required could include, but is not limited to: - - scientific and technical matters relating to air quality, water quality (including potable and recreational water and water recycling) and the impacts of and adaptation strategies for climate change and other environmental health issues; - population health issues which overlap with environmental health; and - environmental health aspects of disaster management and emergency response.
