The Customer requires a unified communications solution and related services that will provide a highly reliable voice, video, messaging and presence platform for its business operations.
The Contractor will provide the services for design, phased implementation and maintenance of the solution.
The initial phase of implementation will focus on providing the minimum equivalent functionality to enable the replacement and removal of the existing PABX systems.
