Tenders are invited from suitably pre-qualified and experienced building contractors with appropriate sub-contractors and suppliers to undertake the construction of a new building complex to provide supported youth accommodation consisting of 25 one-bedroom independent living units with associated facilities, offices, overnight staff accommodation and car parks, to be located in Burnie at 41 - 43 Mooreville Road, Shorewell Park.
