Description
The Department of Economic Development is seeking the provision of professional services to monitor and manage essential maintenance services performed at its properties across Tasmania, and to also provide other consultancy services for new construction and/or refurbishment. It is intended that shortly after appointment, the successful consultant will be required to provide advice and assistance on the tendering of the Department's essential maintenance services to ensure compliance with the Building Act 2000, and to assume responsibility for the essential maintenance program.
