The scope of services to be performed under contract are:
- Minor civil works including kerbing, footpath construction concrete cutting and asphalt works
- Supply and installation of rendered, concrete block retaining walls
- Painting and anti-graffiti applications to the retaining walls
- Landscaping works including planting and irrigation
- Electrical works including supply and installation conduits, uplighting, pole top lighting, floodlighting, switchboards, power bollard and power for BBQ
- Supply and installation of two shelters
- Supply and installation of a steel decking structure
