Conservation Master Data & System Architecture Mapping and Design

The objective of this procurement is to engage a specialized partner to conduct a comprehensive review and mapping of our existing IT and data management environments within Conservation function of the organisation.
The partner will deliver detailed documentation of all systems, applications, tools, and data flows, identifying how these assets are utilized across different conservation functions and broader business and highlighting any critical legacy systems presenting immediate security risks.
This initial stage will set the foundation for developing actionable recommendations and a strategic implementation roadmap in the subsequent stage.
The selected partner will collaborate closely with our team through demonstrations, workshops, and interviews to ensure a thorough understanding of our needs and to propose viable, cost-effective solutions for enhancing our data and system management capabilities.
