Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for Provision of Leadership and Management Short Course Training

Metro North Hospital and Health Services (Metro North Health or MNHHS) is iseeking offers from experienced training providers establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of leadership and management short course training.

Leadership and management short course training have been defined as workshops that range from half day up to a maximum of two days by an experienced facilitator on a range of topics to build an employee’s capability to perform tasks and develop/improve interpersonal skills.

The proposed term for the SOA is an initial two (2) year term with an option to extend for one (1) period of twenty-four (24) months plus one (1) period of 12 months (2+2+1) depending on MNHHS requirements.
