Construction of Carpark and Stormwater Drainage Works - Hospital Road, Nambour

Tenders are invited for the construction of a carpark and stormwater drainage works at Hospital Road Nambour.

The project consists of two (2) main bodies of works.

Portion One stormwater drainage works. Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Replacement of existing SWD piping;
• Replacement of existing pits and gulleys;
• Improving stabilisation of system on gradient.

Portion One must be constructed and completed by end of September 2018.

Portion Two carpark construction. Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Provision of PWD spaces;
• Increase in hardstand capacity;
• Improved carpark lighting.

Portion Two must be constructed and completed by December 2018.

The successful Respondent is to provide all materials, plant, and labour, and to perform all necessary operations to ensure proper completion of the works associated with the Contract.
