Contract Administration Services - Major Roads Package Northshore Hamilton

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is a commercialised business unit with specialist land use planning powers and a property development function within the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning (DSDILGP) with two main objectives under the Economic Development Act 2012; to carry out economic development and development for community purposes.

The proposed works related to this tender process represents a crucial next stage in this continued investment as the road, service and stormwater infrastructure (Construction Package) are to be delivered continuously to achieve completion around the BAV by 2026. The built form for the BAV is expected to commence in 2027 at the latest so road and building construction will need to progress in parallel to ensure completion in time for Brisbane 2032. The remainder of the construction will be completed in stage until 2030.

The Supplier is required to resource the contract administration of the road construction contract from late February 2024 to late 2030 for the construction phase and from late 2030 to late 2032 for the defects liability / on-maintenance phase.
