Burleigh Heads SS Refurbish Block JA (Regional Hub)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Refurbishment of Block JA (Regional Hub) at Burleigh Heads SS, located at 1750 Gold Coast Hwy, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220., as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope of works involves:

The refurbishment of Block JA to the Regional Hub offices including asbestos removals and roof re-pitch.

The refurbishment of an existing tuck shop to a Groundsman Shed.

The fit out of a PWD to existing Block O (Junior Amenities).

Carpark over the existing tennis courts.

All works are to be completed by August 16th 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Valid QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works – minimum low rise builders’ licence.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M at time of tendering and for the duration of the contract.
