Clarkson CHS - Student Toilet Refurbishments

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake student toilet refurbishments at Clarkson CHS. The Work includes but is not limited to the complete refurbishments of canteen male and female toilets, IT male and female toilets and an additional option of HASS male toilet to be included. Work is to be commence during term and run into the school holidays, the contractor must allow for minimal or no disruption to the daily operation of the area. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
