Supply of Glued Insulated Joints and Rail Welding Equipment

Queensland Rail is seeking Proposals for the Supply of Glued Insulated Joints and Rail Welding Equipment (QRP-19-34).

The Request for Proposal involves two (2) Parts:

• Part A – Supply of Glued Insulated Joints, and
• Part B – Supply of Rail Welding Equipment, including rail welding kits, individual components and tooling.
One or more Contracts will be awarded for each Part. Suppliers may tender for Part A only, Part B only, or both Parts A and B.

Please refer to the Preamble, Invitation and Conditions of Tendering and the Scope of Works to determine whether your company will submit a response. Please note that there is a mandatory requirement for the successful tenderer/s to have a certified Quality Management System. Please refer to the Scope of Works for more information.

Ariba Sourcing:

Tenderers who wish to access the complete package of tender documents and are interested in submitting a response please follow the below instruction:

1. Tenderers are to email the nominated Contact Officer ([email hidden]) to register to access the tender documents and online response form in the Ariba Sourcing system.
2. If the Tenderer elects to submit a tender response, they must do so by using the Ariba Sourcing system.
3. Tenderers are encouraged to carefully read all documentation available for download in the Ariba Sourcing system to ensure the tender submitted meets all Queensland Rail’s requirements.

Queensland Rail will only accept tender responses submitted via the Ariba Sourcing system.
For this tender (QRP-19-34), the information uploaded on QTenders is not all the tender information, however it is intended to assist interested tenderers to determine whether the scope of works is suitable for their company profile and capability.
