Provision of Network Acceleration and Optimisation Products & Services

The purpose of this ITO is to establish a Contract (in the form of a non-exclusive Standing Offer Arrangement) for the supply of Network Acceleration and Optimisation related Hardware, Network Acceleration and Optimisation related Software, Hardware and Software Support Services, Training Services and ICT Contracting Service arrangements to support the Public Safety Network (PSN) initiative. This will specifically include:

• The establishment of a contractual agreement that may be used by any Queensland Government department, agency, corporation, or entity, or Australian Policing entity for the procurement of Products and Services defined within this Invitation to Offer (ITO).
• Supply of Network Acceleration and Optimisation Hardware as required by the Principal from time to time at the discretion of the Principal;
• Provision of manufacturer provided Warranty and Maintenance arrangements for Hardware supplied under the intended Contract.
• Provision of Warranty and Maintenance management arrangement for Hardware under Warranty/Maintenance.
• Provision of Hardware Support Service arrangements for identified Network Hardware to ensure the Principal’s service commitments to its clients are met including:
  • Provision of Manufacturer provided Helpdesk Services;
  • Provision of Product Configuration Services;
  • Provision of Product Delivery and Logistics Services;
  • Provision of Product Installation Services;
  • Provision of a Field Services; and
  • Provision of related Hardware and Software management Services as described in this ITO;
