Beaudesert WTP Storage Upgrade

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from the Contractors with relevant experience for Beaudesert Water Treatement Plant Storage Upgrade. It includes Diversion of existing Queensland Urban Utilities, Constrcution of New Access Roads to the facility and Construction of two Concrete Treated Water Storage Tanks with associated Pipework, Electrcial, Mechanical, Instrumental and Control components.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• Detailed design of whole of the works to be constructed
• All required approvals
• Diversion of a DN225 Asbestos Cement gravity sewer main owned by QUU to the approval of QUU
• Construction of new access road in the north of the site linking existing Helen Street cross over to the existing WTP chemical delivery area and other required road upgrade requirements
• Construction of 5.1ML Usable Storage two concrete water tanks
• Associated Pipework, Electrcial, Mechanical, Instrumental and Control systems
• Landscaping works

It does not include construction of any Building Works.
