The requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- Must be located in Queensland
- Must encourage the employment of people that are of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent
- Must be beneficial to the communities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander's
- The project is registered with the Emission Reduction Fund (ERF)
- Compliance wtih Australian Legislation, Regualtions and Standards
