We co-create and activate destinations, to deliver exceptional places for people to live, learn, work and play. Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is delivering master planning and master development strategies across large, complex, multi-agency and multi-phase projects for government, industry and community partners across the State. Typically, our work in precinct development requires expertise in planning, design, complex stakeholder management and securing funding. PDNSW is seeking tenders from teams made up of appropriately skilled consultant firms to deliver the detailed outcomes required from stakeholder and community engagement across large-scale precincts. Appointed teams will work in parallel with PDNSW, their stakeholders, and other consultant teams to develop strategic plans and community outcomes informed by engagement with stakeholders.
