Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of valuation services

The Department of Natural Resources and Mines requires the provision of valuation services and is seeking to enter into a Standing Offer Arrangement with a panel of providers. The supply arrangement must secure the supply of suitable organisations within the above categories to address the following critical components of SVS’s core services:

-Statutory valuations for rating and taxing purposes will be required to comply with relevant legislation which includes the Land Act 1994, and the Land Valuation Act 2010 and applicable Regulations and Legislation.
-Financial Reporting (Asset) valuations will include assessments, which must comply with relevant Australian Accounting Standards, Audit and Treasury Guidelines to meet Financial Reporting Requirements.
-Market Valuations for various acquisition and disposal purposes for Government Agencies must comply with the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 and applicable Regulations and Legislation.
