The project team has engaged an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contractor to undertake a Value Management exercise on the Masterplan design, aiming to deliver the project within the NSW Government announced of $180M budget while minimising scope changes. This value engineering process will ensure alignment with financial constraints without compromising critical objectives. To support this process, the team is seeking ‘Watching Brief Consultants’ for the project duration to advise the Principal (Health Infrastructure) on the advantages and risks of proposed value engineering options presented by the ECI contractor’s design team.
