DoE Infrastructure Projects - Noosa District SHS (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for construction services for three projects - Block E & Block L Refurbishment (design and construction) and Planned Maintenance at Noosa District SHS - Cooroy Campus located at Tulip St, Cooroy Qld 4563.

Projects:-

• 34-702142 (180.196) - Block E Refurbishment
• School Direct (261.005) - Block L Refurbishment
• School Direct (261.005) - Planned Maintenance

Tenderers are to complete separate tender forms for each tender and submit their three bids as a package. These tenders will be awarded together to a single tenderer as three separate contracts.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:-

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (low rise) builders' licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
