Upgrade of Riser 9 Fire Damper - Parliament Annexe

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals to Upgrade the Riser 9 Fire Damper located in the Parliamentary Annexe Building, located at the corner George and Alice Streets, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

• Demolition, removal, decommission and replacement of existing fire dampers;
• Disposal off site;
• Supply and install new fireproofing to existing sub-ductwork, penetrations, pipework infill voids, and any equipment contained within the riser with fireproofing materials; and
• Builders works and hardware including all making good and installation.
