Facilities Management Panel Arrangement - Construction

QUT is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and skilled suppliers to deliver service under three main Categories, being 1) Construction, 2) Professional and 3) Trades.

This document pack is specific to the CONSTRUCTION category as set out in Part 2 Business Requirements.

The Construction panel calls for Building Contractors who will be required to work with QUT FM Capital Works and Operations Teams to maintain, refurbish and develop QUT built assets portfolio across two core campuses with an extimated value of over $850million.

The panel will operate for an initial period of three (3) years with optional extensions totalling a furter four (4) years for a maximum term of seven (7) years.
