EOI - Principal Design Consultant for the Townsville Hospital Master Plan Project.

You are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide principal consultant services (incl. sub-consultants) for the update and expansion of the Townsville Hospital Master Plan which will encompass other Townsville City sites operated by Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS).

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a two-stage process comprising of the EOI and subsequent Request for Offer (RFO).
Shortlisted proponents from the EOI stage will be formally invited to participate in the RFO stage.

It is mandatory that the Principal Design Consultant must hold prior master planning experience with tertiary teaching hospitals (in Australia) within the past 10 years.
Firms that do not possess this experience, need not apply.
Furthermore if the successful Principal Design Consultant is not a Townsville based business, they must partner with a Townsville based architecture firm.

Applicable firms interested in this EOI must familiarise themselves with the EOI and subsequent RFO timetables as outlined on pages 5 to 9 of the Invitation document.
Instructions on how to prepare and upload your EOI submissions is clearly outlined on Pages 5 & 6 of of the Invitation document.
Submissions that do not adhere to these instructions may be at risk of being treated as non-conforming.
