General Maintenance and Minor Works Providers

The University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) is seeking Expressions of Interest for General Maintenance companies to create a panel of providers that can service the USC Moreton Bay campus. All companies must be able to provide:
• General maintenance, repairs, make safe and minor fit out work.
• 24hr 7 days week emergency call out
• Hold relevant QBCC licenses
• Trade specific licenses (high risk, confined space, etc.)
• SWMS and MSDS where appropriate
• Copies of their public liability insurances
• Evidence of appropriate Work cover insurances
