Morayfield SHS - Early Works - GLA Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction for the classroom refurbishment (Block N) at Morayfield State High School, located at Visentin Road, Morayfield Qld 4506, as part of the Refresh program.

The refurbishment includes two (2no.) science labs, prep area and store rooms. The scope includes removing teached platforms, prep room refurbishment, replacing floor finishes, painting and reconfiguring internal walls to store room areas. All works are to be completed by September 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

 Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Mil

All visitors to school sites to comply with the vaccine mandate and Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections
