Indooroopilly State High School - Town Square Awning

Indooroopilly State High School is inviting tenders for construction of a new covered area, noted herein as the ‘Town Square Awning’. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:

• Demolition of existing concrete slab, ramp, handrails, garden bed, seating, drainage, awning structure and roof as indicated by red lines in Archipelago Demolition Plan drawings.
• Design of in-ground conduits within the awning area and design and provision of new wifi point under the awning.
• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet wind and earthquake loading.
• Construction of bored piers, concrete slab on ground, brick seating, drainage and a new awning structure as per Archipelago drawings.
• Work to be carried out prior to and during the June/July school holidays to allow practical completion by 12^th July 2021.
