Description
Deliverry of a single detached dwelling located on Lot 215 (29 Lomandra Avenue) at the corner of Lomandra Avenue and Hanly Street, Roma in Stage 2 of Clearview Rise as a vehicle to facilitate local student training hours.
The build will aid EDQ, working in conjunction with Golden West Apprentices Roma, in the delivery of a training initiative for apprentices. The reportable training hours will be a total combination of class attendance (TAFE) and the vocational placement of students.
The construction is anticipated to commence in February 2015 to align with the school term however sourcing and engaging of students is anticipated to be arranged prior to November 2014.
