Provision of ICT Systems Integration and Associated Services for the new Queensland Childrens Hospital

Queensland Health (QH) seeks offers for the provision of systems integration and associated services for the ICT Infrastructure of the new Queensland Children’s Hospital (QCH) being constructed in South Brisbane.

This ITO is open to experienced suppliers who can reasonably expect to:
a) Meet the Mandatory Requirement Specifications set out in Part D – ITO Requirements Specification of this ITO, in summary:
i. Must be Government Information Technology Contracting Framework (GITC) accredited at the time of entering the Customer Contract;
ii. Must be a Prime Contractor;
iii. Must submit a complete Offer; and
iv. Must adhere to certain Managing Contractor terms and conditions; and
b) Demonstrate they have the capabilities set out in Part D – ITO Requirements Specifications of this ITO.

During the conduct of this ITO process, systems integration activities are being progressed by Queensland Health’s Health Services Information Agency (HSIA) in conjunction with the QCH Project. The actual activities that QH will require the successful Offeror to perform will be influenced by the extent to which QH has completed any of the planned activities prior to the date a Customer Contract is executed.

Excluded from the scope is:
a) Procurement or provision of any products or services by the systems integrator, other than as directed by QH; and
b) Integration of identified enterprise and Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) applications.
