A project to be undertaken

The purpose is to evaluate the design, delivery and achievement of key outcomes of in SFSC programs during its funding period of July 2022 to June 2025. The required key deliverables for this project include: a) Finalised Interim Evaluation Plan outlining purpose, scope, Review questions; detailed methodology and research design, participant groups, data collection methods and analysis plan. a) Project plan outlining timelines according to milestones, tasks, risk register, communication and reporting plans, data governance. b) Weekly or fortnightly written and verbal progress reports. c) Verified outcome descriptions and verification matrix from outcomes harvesting d) Technical data harmonisation proposal to show how Evaluation questions will be answered e) Sense-making session summary report including early review findings from document review and analysis and f) Final Interim Evaluation Report with key findings relevant to each of the key evaluation questions, executive summary, info graphics, methodology, research design, limitations, discussion and recommendations g) Plain language summary report with infographics h) Presentation of findings to AHO and SFSCS Program Board.
