Holsworthy Hospital Building Refurbishment Works, NSW

The scope of works of this project involves building refurbishment works to the east end of the building. Works involve replacing worn floor coverings including carpet and vinyl finishes inclusive of all edging and finishing strips, repainting of internal surface finishes, replacement weathered and damaged guttering and downpipes, re-pointing to sill tiles on windows and carry out sundry repairs to timber entry doors, alterations to air conditioning control systems to include balancing relays, inspection of fire and smoke walls throughout this facility, fire services upgrades and installation, and various signage and compliance signage items.
