This project includes delivery of working accommodation for executives, instructors and support staff as close as practical to building D0416.
Works include demolition and disposal works, provision of a refurbished and compliant facility in terms of security, engineering services (electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, structural and Information, Communications and Technology (ICT)) and architectural upgrades.
