Australian Government Department of Finance
Asset and Project Management Capability Maturity Assessment and Implementation Planning Services
Details
Description
The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance) is making an open approach to the market in order to seek offers from organisations with the capacity and capability to provide Asset and Project Management Capability Maturity Assessment and Implementation Planning Services (the Services) to Finance.
Finance is seeking a supplier (or suppliers) to assess the asset management and project management capability maturity in the Property and Construction Division (PCD) within Finance. Tenderers are required to use the PAS55 and P3M3™ assessment tools to inform the evaluation and to develop a Capability Improvement Plan to enhance the capabilities within PCD. The Tender also requires the production of a Change Management Plan that integrates with the capability assessments to deliver the improvements.
The Tender has two distinct components (Parts A and B) and tenderers may bid for either or both of these services. However, it is Finance’s preference to appoint a single supplier for both of the services. Respondents are required to individually price each component, that is Parts A and B, to allow Finance to award individual contracts should it so wish.
