Description
Tenders are invited for the construction of the Girraween Clubhouse located at the Girraween Sports Precinct. The single storey clubhouse consists of club room suitable to seat 100 people, kitchen kiosk, two offices, four change rooms, associated toilet facilities, forecourt, terraces, landscaping and associated pathways.

Council reserves the right to invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the Local Govt Act 2009 [refer Clause 177 of Local Govt (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010].
