Supply and Install of New Glass Sliding Door for PathWest Phlebotomy Centre, FSH

PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest) require a Building Contractor to alter an existing Glass/Window façade and replace it (supply and install) with an auto glass sliding door, at our Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) Phlebotomy Collection Centre, located on the inside of FSH. The works will take place along a very busy artery of the hospital with heavy public foot traffic, hence safety of and minimal disruption to the public are prudent. After Contract award, SERCO, the FSH Facilities Management will lead the management of the Works and oversight of the Contractor, together with PathWest’s Facilities team in support.
