Contract No. 24C176, Secure File Document Sharing Software

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (The Department) requires a Secure File Document Sharing Solution to support secure and compliant sharing of documents (technical reports, contracts, financial records, etc.) within the Department and with external stakeholders. The solution must meet Australian data sovereignty laws, provide robust security controls, and offer advanced monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Procurement Objectives / Expected Outcomes: The objective of this procurement is to secure a solution that:

• Ensures data security and compliance, including control over encryption keys and adherence to Australian data sovereignty requirements.
• Supports scalability to accommodate approximately 1,500 current users and Data allowance (uploads/downloads) for 1TB
• Provides secure file sharing, with features such as role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and real-time activity tracking.
• Integrates with existing Department systems such as AD/LDAP, SSO, and MFA.

Includes comprehensive reporting tools for monitoring system activity and security metrics.
