The scope of this procurement is the ongoing supply, maintenance, and enhancement of the SharkSmart App and the SharkSmartPro electronic reporting tool. These platforms provide real-time alerts and reporting functionality that are critical to the delivery of the NSW Shark Management Program. Specifically, the services will ensure uninterrupted support for the electronic reporting functions used by: Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD),SMART drumline and shark net contractors,Surf Life Saving NSW (SLS NSW),Surfing NSW, andDepartment of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) for marine mammal strandings. The scope covers: Sustained technical support to ensure 24/7 reliability of both applications,Ongoing maintenance to keep the systems secure, stable, and compatible with evolving ICT environments, andUpgrades and enhancements to maximise usability and effectiveness of reporting and alert functionality.
