ICT Professional Services for Privileged Access Management (PAM) Project - PROC12771

PAM project requires two resource from TCS to expedite and finish the project. The work involves: 1) Define privileged policy and controls for PAM application on-boarding to define what level of capability must be implemented for specific accounts based on risk. This will determine how these accounts are managed. 2) Define a program/process to onboard Database Accounts, Application admins, Web Consoles, Third Party partners, Cloud services, Network & Infra Admins into the PAM platform following a risk-based approach. 3) Integrate and onboard Azure Key Vaults for centralized management and enhanced security of sensitive data. 4) Design and implement a solution for password rotation for in-scope AD admin accounts, service accounts, and other relevant accounts. 5) Design and implement session recording and management capability for databases, Windows (RDP terminations), and NIX servers. 6) Develop rules and policies for enrolment into PAM.
