Description
The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) is undertaking corridor planning studies for active transport routes which are priority gaps in the Perth and Peel metropolitan area. The Dundas Road and Maida Vale Road corridors are identified as strategic connections in the Perth and Peel Long Term Cycle Network (LTCN). The Dundas Road primary route and Maida Vale secondary route will provide access to the METRONET High Wycombe station and precinct, connecting to workplaces and homes within Forrestfield, High Wycombe and Maida Vale, and completing missing links in the regional network connecting to the high-quality Principal Shared Path (PSP) on Roe Highway, through to Tonkin Highway.
