Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Development and Support Services under CUAICTS2021

The Department of Training and Workforce Development provides strategic leadership to ensure a responsive, high-quality vocational education and training (VET) system across Western Australia. Its ICT branch supports e-business systems and services for internal units, publicly managed training organisations, and key stakeholders. Under this engagement, the Contractor will deliver ongoing application analysis, development, and operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Services will include system maintenance, enhancements, compliance updates, development of new solutions, and cyber security uplift. The work will support State Government priorities, national VET reforms, operational activities, and strategic ICT initiatives. The Contractor must demonstrate capability in: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development; Complex systems analysis and integration; End-to-end testing and deployment using Azure DevOps; Delivering both support and project-based work concurrently.
