To support improvements and increase efficiency in the way that change is deployed to support project success in recognition of the above, TAFE NSW wishes to engage a specialist provider to provide specialist upskilling to senior leadership, middle leaders, and a small group of identified trainers who will then support employees through team workshops across TAFE NSW. The specialist change training will need to align to the ADKAR methodology. Considered one of the top 5 change management methods because of its simple, structured, and repeatable approach for managing the people side of change, ADKAR is a well-known methodology used globally and a methodology broadly adopted by TAFE NSW
