Description
The object of this EOI (and subsequent RFT process, for selected Respondents) is to select
a contractor to refurbish, uprate and recommission the Hydroelectric Plant (Hydro) on an engineering,
procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, fully adapted to the Site in accordance with
best industry practices and safely interconnected with the electricity grid (Project). The
Hydro is to be designed for unmanned operation, remotely controlled and monitored with a
design operational service life of at least 30 years.
