The project comprises the purchase, installation and commissioning of two Automated Gas Chromatographs with Flame Ionisation Detection (FID) for analysing biological samples for alcohol. The system will replace two existing gas chromatographs, which were purchased in 1994 and have reached the end of their productive lifetime.
